I HATE Christmas. My brother and I had this debate about it a few weeks ago. It took me ages to have him realise that it's the emptiness that drives me nuts, rather than the socialising. I love the excuse to get together with people, but the falsity of that excuse turns Christmas into a chore and I swear I get more Grinchy every year :) Bah HUMBUG And yet, conversely, the more the years go by, the more meditating on the baby becomes cause for silent tears. Babe, I would cancel it too. I HATE Christmas.
